Below you will find an article from the Daily Local News about a private party that was thrown for a departing Supervisor, Zoe Perkins. A great idea, unless you don't invite the public and use TAXPAYER FUNDS! West Vincent Township was caught, once again, doing what they shouldn't. How do they rationalize the illegal activity? They said it was only $600. Why is the word "only" used when spending other people's money?
